Information to be Made Available to the Client: Iconic agrees to assert a diligent effort to inform the client as to the status of any service performed under this agreement. Iconic agrees to make all written materials, financial records and work product available to the client for reading in our office. Copies and/or electronic files of such materials shall be provided at the client’s request.

Conflicting Engagement: Iconic agrees not to accept, without prior approval from the client, any engagement known by Iconic to be in conflict with the interests of the client. 


Work Product Ownership: Any copyrightable works, ideas, or other information (collectively the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part by Iconic in connection with the Services will be the exclusive property of Iconic. 

Advertisement: Iconic may decide to produce photos, videos, or other types of materials of the Client’s project to use in our advertisements, on social media posts, on our website, or as part of our private portfolio which is shared with prospective clients. 


Privacy: Iconic, and its employees, agents, or representatives will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for the personal benefit of Iconic, or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner, any information that is proprietary to the Clients. Iconic and its employees, agents, and representatives will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential. This provision will continue to be effective after the termination of this Agreement.



Effort and Outcome: Iconic agrees to use its best efforts in providing services to the client. However, the Client acknowledges that Iconic has given no assurances regarding the outcome of any matters being handled by Iconic. 


Return Policy: Iconic does not directly sell products but instead act as intermediary between client and retailers when purchasing building materials, finishes, furnishings and accessories. We are committed to assisting clients in facilitating returns whenever possible.

Disputes: Any disputes regarding fees, accounts, or other matters shall be settled according to a mutually agreed upon arbitration. Although there are other forums for client to seek resolution of disputes that may arise between Iconic and Clients, including ways to seek restitution and damages, by signing this agreement, Clients agrees to waive said rights to alternate forums and submits to mandatory arbitration if requested by the Iconic in response to a dispute.
